Richard Rowans from Iconic Newcastle business Lee Rowans Garden World was in real need of his entire Newcastle fleet of trucks and Utes to have new signage, The old trucks were looking tired and needing an update using the new Lee Rowans logo created by Michelle @ Accentia Design, Michelle from Accentia knows it’s one thing to create designs for trucks, and Utes but it’s another thing, to execute a signage job of this scale and make all the graphics line up and fit to the vehicles. Michelle suggested, “Richard give Big Colour a call”. Richard did a little research into Big Colour Sign and Vehicle Wraps and decided we were a company that truly is capable of producing the job.
With our design team and state of the art printers and expert vehicle wrap graphics installers, we got to work. We made a few minor design changes so the printed graphics would fit seamlessly to a combination of new and old Trucks. Some of the older trucks were a real challenge as our install team, needed to sand back the paintwork to the bare metal of the old trucks so that our printed vinyl graphics would stick and adhere to the old damaged painted surface. Once the new vinyl was applied the old trucks lite up, the results speak from themselves.
Richard now comes to work every day feeling better about how he’s business looks, Richard has a clear vision of how important signage is knowing that all his trucks act as a moving billboard and having strong visual branding is the key to any successful business. Next time you are taking a drive around Newcastle, keep an eye out for the new Lee Rowans Garden World black and green trucks. I am sure they will grab your attention.
